I had a question about an order from rogueoff-road.com and sent them a message figuring it might take a while to hear back. To their credit, they replied quickly and actually addressed my question instead of sending one of those generic copy-and-paste responses.

I did have to follow up once because I still needed a little clarification, which was a bit annoying, but they got back to me again the same day. Overall, the customer service was solid and made the whole order feel a lot less stressful.

Rogue Off Road actually had the parts in stock when a bunch of other sites didn’t... which was a nice surprise. I found what I needed quickly, and the ordering process was simple enough. No complaints here, happy with the whole experience.

The box showed up in good shape, so no real complaints there. The padding inside was okay, but I do think it could’ve been a little better to keep things from shifting around. I asked support about it and they basically said they’re always looking at ways to improve the packing, which was fair enough

It looks okay overall, but it feels a bit too busy for me. I was hoping it would be more simple and easy on the eyes, so I’m kind of disappointed that it ended up feeling a little cluttered.

The details matched what showed up, and the specs were spot on. No surprises, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

They did end up helping me with the warranty, so I appreciate that 🙂 It just took longer than I expected to get a reply, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it worked out okay.

I’ve used these guys a few times i trust them. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I haven’t run into anything weird or felt like something was off. So far, they seem solid to me.

I did get the answers I needed in the end, but some of the replies were a bit confusing and I had to follow up more than once. It wasn’t a bad experience, and depending on the person responding, the communication was better. Overall, they were helpful, but I think the messages could be clearer and more direct.

It’s not a bad product overall, and it does feel sturdy enough, but I felt a little misled by the way it was presented. I expected the build to be cleaner for the price. Some of the welds looked rough, and the finish wasn’t as polished as I thought it would be. It’ll probably do the job, but I was expecting something a bit nicer

I had it installed in about an hour, so no real complaints there. The instructions were decent enough to follow, and I only had to tweak one bracket a little to get everything lined up right. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny smudge of blue ink on one of the instruction pages, but the install itself was straightforward.

I had an issue with my order from Rogue Offroad and ended up emailing them a few times before I got a proper response. i was already in a irritated mood by then because it felt like I had to keep nudging them just to get someone to take it seriously.

To be fair, they did get the problem sorted out in the end, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster. But the whole thing felt slow and kind of draining, and it definitely left me less excited about ordering from them again unless I really needed to

These parts fit my Tacoma just like the site said they would. I did have to pause and double-check the direction of one bracket, so my advice is to take a minute and look things over before tightening everything down. Once I had that sorted, everything lined up fine. Overall, smooth install and I’d order from them again.

It showed up a day late, so... not perfect, but still reliable overall.

I picked up my bumper and skid plate from Rogue Off-Road about 8 months ago and I’ve already put them through a decent amount. Rocks mud a few rough trails all the usual stuff.

So far nothing has bent or started rattling and the coating is still mostly holding up. I did manage to put one scratch on it but that was my fault since I smacked a stump hard.
Overall it just feels solid. It’s not the cheapest gear out there but I wanted something that wouldn’t fall apart after one season and up to now it’s been worth it.

I had a wiring question about my bumper lights, so I reached out to Rogue Off-Road. say what you want, but the guy actually helped instead of just firing off some random link and calling it a day. He explained what I was missing and kept me from ordering the wrong parts, which I definitely would’ve done. That kind of support is hard to find these days. I’d use them again.

I took it out on a few rocky trails and it handled things okay, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing. Some sections felt solid, but in other spots it struggled more than I thought it would.
